Currently, the Adobe labs site for Flex 3 doesn't have the latest docs listed. The following site has the latest version of the docs. click here

Sorry Stephen, I should have been more verbose. I meant for download. i.e. the zip bundle with all the docs in it. The labs site only has the bundle for Flex 3 beta 2.
