I just discovered 30onair.com.. It's great entertainment for a Saturday morning and probably a good way to sell your manager on AIR, Flex, CF, etc. It has a series of 30 second videos from developers around the world that use the technologies that we all know and love. :)

I particularly like this one.

Since I'm doing more and more Java work these days I can totally relate. I love the flexibilty and control you get with Java, but Cold Fusion just makes things sooo easy!!
